Hello Friends!
Whether you're considering selling your home, ready to make a purchase, or just browsing, I hope you find the following informative.
Buying a home, we all know, is the single most expensive purchase most of us will make. And though it is considered a major purchase, it's actually a very simple process ... With the right guidance. As a buyer's agent, it is my responsibility and obligation to my clients to make sure an order of events associated with the transaction are completed smoothly and as stress free to you as humanly possible. One of my more important duties, many buyer's are not familiar with, is that I actually participate in making the offer rather than just writing it. In fact, the essence of hiring a buyer's agent is to take advantage of their knowledge of the market and their advice and just maybe save some money. So you think it's a bad time to purchase? On the contrary, there are incredible deals out there! Interest rates are low again, qualifying for a loan couldn't be easier, and there's no time better than now to consider a purchase!
Thinking about selling? Let's talk! Many sellers are unaware that they too should be guided properly. Keep in mind; you are not buying the home you're selling. Many seller's don't see their home through buyer's eyes and have a difficult time flexing and realizing their home is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. There are many things to consider if you'd like to truly sell your property in a reasonable amount of time while still realizing maximum profit. Please call or write me anytime to schedule a FREE and NO OBLIGATION home analysis.
In 1996 while studying Atmospheric Science in college, I bought my first multifamily and entered the wonderful world of property ownership. In 1999, I added a second multifamily, and in 2003 purchased a modest single family home in need of some repair with my wife Victoria. During those years I quickly learned basic home repair and improvement. It seemed only natural to become a licensed agent and assist in helping others with their Real Estate needs. Today, I'm very familiar with all the facets of residential construction/renovation and Real Estate investments, and look forward to sharing my secrets and experiences with you.
Ultimately, all Realtors offer the same service. What differentiates us is our personalities, capabilities, and our patience. Well known and admired in the community, I'm always eager to meet and help others. I consider myself informative and extremely thorough. I always return phone calls and email, and nearly obsess over doing my job the best that I can. If you're looking for a pushy, impatient salesperson who comes on strong and is only interested in making a commission, I know a few. However, if you have any questions or concerns about ANY property, even if it's for sale with another agent, or just want to say hello, please don't hesitate to call or write me anytime. I've helped many people find the right fit and made their experience a pleasant one. Please give me the opportunity to help you as well.
Sincerely,
Peter D'Angelo Cell: (508) 317-5040
